1. Agreement to Terms

2. Description of Services

Website.gy provides enterprise-grade digital infrastructure services, including but not limited to:

• Custom website development and architecture
• Forensic security audits and assessments
• Cloud hosting and sovereign governance solutions
• Technical consulting and advisory services

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of any credentials provided
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Pay all fees and charges as agreed upon
• Provide timely feedback and approvals as required

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive 100% ownership of all custom-developed digital assets created specifically for them. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and third-party components remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before commencing work, with the balance due upon project completion or as per milestone schedules.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Website.gy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Our forensic audits and security assessments are conducted under NDA and enterprise-grade data protection protocols.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, all completed work and paid-for assets will be delivered to the client.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
